When designing and constructing manufacturing plants or logistic warehouses, contractors and investors need to comply with the technical requirements of the industry to ensure the aspect of spacing and have a fire protection and prevention solution in accordance with the guidance of the Fire Department before installation and construction.

To minimize the risks of fire and explosions at warehouses that could endanger lives and property, businesses are required to prepare the following prevention measures:

  • The operation and use of all equipment and machinery within the warehouse must strictly adhere to operational guidelines, structural regulations, and technological and technical system requirements. Regular monitoring and maintenance of equipment during operation are necessary, and any malfunctions or issues should be promptly repaired and addressed.
  • Technological equipment used must meet quality standards for mechanical durability, fire resistance, heat resistance, and sealing as specified in the technical criteria. Working machinery and equipment must be fire and explosion-proof, and measures should be taken during operation to minimize the generation of heat or sparks from friction or collision. Hot surfaces of equipment and conduits should be insulated with thermal insulation materials to prevent fire and explosion incidents.
  • Design and install a firefighting system for each segment and area of the warehouse, including production areas, assembly areas, and storage areas. In addition to alarm systems, fire extinguishers, CO2 cylinders, powder cylinders, water cylinders, and high-pressure automatic water spray systems, businesses are required to invest in fire-resistant doors and fire barriers within the warehouse and emergency exits to ensure the safety of workers’ lives. This is a mandatory measure to ensure timely firefighting.

Currently, TN is directly manufacturing and processing fire-resistant door systems for industrial and civil sectors both domestically and internationally. We are committed to providing equipment that supports internal storage, temperature control, and appropriate fire safety measures.
